I am a performer, choreographer, dance artist, film maker, movement director and holistic therapist. I have created a holistic dance practice that merges dance with structural fitness, massage, energy and relaxation to inspire creativity and enhance well being. Based in London, England, I hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Performing Arts and Dance and is a certified Fitness Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist. My experience includes over twenty years producing work with a distinctive fusion of dance theatre and film. I have lectured ay Laban, London Dance Studio and London Contemporary Dance School and now share my knowledge and simple tips with you.
